Sony shows us that augmented reality is here to stay.

This has some amazing examples including the 3:30 mark of the video where the balls are bouncing off the book… or the whole take a picture of a book and now it’s on your phone. I’ve always loved playing with augmented reality apps… we even built one over here at Dominion that allowed people to hold the holy grail of hockey, the stanley cup. Westin Hotels & Resorts : 2011 Ad Campaign

This latest ad campaign comes from the same hotel chain that basically invented the concept of offering a clean white bed in hotels. Although I liked the old campaign ‘this is how it should feel’ better I particularly like the lady with the umbrella in these series.
